Browse through our on-line catalogue and click on any items that you wish to purchase which adds them in to the "Shopping Cart" you can then continue browsing adding items as required. When you have completed your selection, click on “Checkout” this is located within the "Orange Balloon" image. During the checkout process you will be asked to provide the necessay payment details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
If you wish to make use of one of our customer discount code this must be entered via the Shopping Cart function prior to completing your purchase and visit the Checkout page. Both functions are selected via the Orange Ballon on the home page!

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day (Monday to Friday), please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. Personalised products are usually despatched within 3-5 days from date of order. Please see our postages rates within the delivery section located at the bottom of the web page.
We accept payment by both PayPal and SAGE PAY, both are recognised as safe and secure online payments methods that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Please note that all prices and invoices are raised in £Sterling. Therefore any payment via a non £Sterling credit or debit card are liable to incurr additional charges that are outside of our control.
We do not offer payment by Bank Transfers, this facility was previously available but this option has been removed for the time being.
At Funky Watch, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us, we use good quality materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that this happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence or an error has been made during picking and shipping; simply return the item and a free of charge replacement will be mailed out within one working day of receipt back with us - subect to stock availability.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Please note we do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail/Courier, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
If you have a faulty item on delivery please contact us and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. If your item becomes faulty during its warranty period please refer to your warranty card or contact us via email for assistance.
